1 General Provisions

jetbd (hereinafter referred to as "Platform" or "we") is an online betting and gaming platform that provides cricket, football, slots, and live casino services for users in Bangladesh.

All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. jetbd reserves the right to close accounts and withhold funds if false or incorrect information is provided.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Sharing account details with anyone else is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Financial transactions on jetbd may only be made through approved payment methods.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (via all methods).
• Approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• You must only use a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits through third parties are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made from verified accounts.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit.

5 Bonus & Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jetbd offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x, calculated on the bonus amount only (not deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion may have its own separate terms.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Bonuses are added after a cash deposit; withdrawals cannot be made before the bonus eligibility conditions are met.
• jetbd reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

6 VIP Program

jetbd's VIP program has five tiers. You can advance to higher tiers through regular play and receive weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP tier assignment is entirely at jetbd's discretion. Cashback benefits are provided subject to specific conditions, and jetbd reserves the right to modify VIP benefits at any time.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jetbd platform:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Claiming bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Using software, bots, or automated methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Exploiting any technical flaw in the platform.
• Operating an account on behalf of or for use by minors.
• Creating an account using a false identity or someone else's identity.

If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately suspended or closed and the associated balance may be forfeited. Law enforcement authorities may also be notified if necessary.

8 Betting Rules & Bet Cancellation Conditions

8.1 Finality of Bets

A confirmed bet generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, jetbd may cancel a bet in the following circumstances:

• If the event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely.
• Due to incorrect odds being displayed.
• If a bet is incorrectly registered due to a technical error.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected.

8.2 Sports Betting

• Account inactive for an extended period.

11.2 Closure by the User
